If you are not happy with your purchase we offer a refund or exchange to the value of the original purchase price (excluding freight) provided that:

a)  You get in contact with us within 7 days from the date the order arrives.
 The order is returned within 30 days from the date the order arrives.
 The item has not been used, in its original packaging and in a sale-able condition.
 You provide the original receipt as proof of purchase.


Please note that we are not legally obliged to issue a refund because you have changed your mind.

You are entitled to a refund for items purchased if the item is faulty. Goods will be deemed faulty if they are damaged when received.


To return an item please get in touch with us through our contact details.

Once we receive your email, we will return slip for you to then mail your parcel back to us.  Once the parcel is received, an email will be sent advising we have received your returned goods.  Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days from this email confirmation.

Please Note:
  • All products must not be used. Please ensure that all returns are in their original packaging/box and enclosed in a satchel or box for protection or the return may be refused.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of postage to return items to our Online Store. Postage will be reimbursed if the item is deemed faulty.
